One of the UK’s leading workplace service providers, PHS wanted to evaluate marketing automation through a proof of concept (POC) campaign, during which the company would be able to identify and take the necessary steps to prepare for complete roll-out of the technology.

Understanding that content is critical to the success of MAP, PHS needed a comprehensive persona development course, preparing and training staff nationwide. They also needed a roadmap that would guide them through the initial steps of the journey, followed by on-going support and, eventually, a managed service.
