Financial technology organisation, FIS Global, having just implemented a marketing automation platform, required a way of measuring their content & content syndication efforts.

With many of their customers self-serving content, it was clear that FIS needed a mechanized way of pushing out content across the digital channels with the ultimate intent being to create demand- but they also needed to establish the psychology behind how their global marketing teams rated themselves against the content they were producing.
